JQuery slideToggle() method

The JQuery slideToggle() method checks the state of element, if element is hidden it slides down the element to display it. If element is already being displayed, it will run the slide up method to hide it slowly.

You can also define the time in milliseconds that an element must take to slide up or down when this method fires up.

Take a look at the code given below.

<script>
$(document).ready(function(){
$("button").click(function(){
$(".div").slideToggle();
});
});
